Get the care you deserve.

The Approach

We are here to meet you where you are.

We are believers in nourishing from the inside out, with mindful routines that keep you in tune with where you are and how you feel.

We want to create equitable and accessible care, so we do offer sliding-scale rates as needed. As our sliding-scale rates are based on income, we may request documentation to establish need. Note that rates vary based on the Providers. Contact the provider you wish to see to discuss sliding-scale rates. Please note that all sessions booked without a payment agreement will be billed at the  standard self-pay rate based on the Provider you are scheduled with.

Let’s work together to identify what works best for you.

  • Each Provider has their area of expertise. Please look at our Provider profiles to find the best fit for you. Here’s a little about each of us:

Tatiana is a Latinx/Mixed Race, Spanish speaking therapist who serves a wide range of clients, but mostly focus on adults (18+) who seek to improve their quality of life by gaining more peace. She loves working with couples willing to put in the work to build their relationship. She is passionate about social justice and systems changes, so she particularly enjoys working with the Latinx community! She uses EMDR and person-centered therapy to help her clients find peace/paz in their lives.

Camille is a Black female therapist. She works with Adult Individuals as well as Relationships. Camille is passionate about supporting racial awareness in mental health conversations, sexual assault survivors, blended families/co-parenting, survivors of spiritual or psychological abuse, & individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.

Arty is a Transgender male therapist who is influenced by Gestalt and Narrative therapy. He believes the stories we tell ourselves influence us and taking an honest look at how our daily lives are impacted is a vital part of healing. Included in that is a passion for social justice and understanding how the unjust systems we live in affect what is and is not within our immediate power to change. Arty also practices emotion-focused counseling and utilizes more experiential approaches, including expressive arts and role-play game therapy.

  • Each counselor’s profile is updated to reflect whether or not they are accepting clients. Take a look at the “Providers” tab in the menu.
