EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy has been proven to help you process difficult memories, in order to move past obstacles in your pathway to peace. Through EMDR, individuals safely reprocess traumatic information until it is no longer psychologically disruptive to their lives. Over time, exposure to traumatic memories will no longer induce negative feelings and distressing symptoms.

Relationship Therapy

Neutral and professional space for you and your partner(s), where no topic is too taboo, as long as you’re willing to share and listen. This is a collaborative environment, with your goals in mind.
